Admark Creative Co. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager / Print Production Leader to take full ownership of its production facility in Riyadh. This role is designed for a highly capable professional who can independently manage operations, lead teams, and ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality output across all print production activities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the print production facility
- Plan, schedule, and control production workflows from job orders to final delivery
- Operate and manage printing machines including UV, DTF, Laser cutting, CNC, and large-format printers (3m/5m banners)
- Supervise and lead operators, helpers, and design staff
- Communicate directly with clients, handle quotations, follow-ups, and resolve issues
- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and zero production errors
- Monitor materials usage, wastage, and machine efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic machine and production-related issues
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Prepare performance reports and continuously improve operational processes
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and design teams
Requirements
- Strong background in printing, signage, or advertising production (mandatory)
- Proven hands-on experience with UV, DTF, Laser, CNC, and large-format printing machines
- Prior experience managing a print shop or production floor
- Knowledge of job costing, production timelines, and profit margins
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong leadership and team management experience
