Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front office and meeting areas
- Coordinate office supplies, snacks, and general administrative support
- Assist with onboarding preparations for new employees
- Support internal events and logistics with the People & Admin team
- Liaise with building management when required
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-office role
- Fluency in Arabic (English is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
