Responsibilities
As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing welding and metal fabrication work based on detailed instructions
- Setting up and welding high-temperature alloys using TIG welding processes
- Conducting blending repairs on turbine blades
- Ensuring product quality and adherence to production schedules
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper housekeeping
- Following Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Reporting unsafe practices or conditions immediately
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Completed secondary education or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant welding experience
- Basic proficiency in English (reading and speaking)
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or TIG welding experience (preferred)
