Responsibilities
- Perform daily investigations to locate delivery information
- Accurately enter and report data for shipments and deliveries
- Liaise with drivers and agent vendors to obtain delivery information
- Cross-reference agent paperwork and logs for accuracy
- Respond to internal inquiries via email with tracking explanations
- Provide customer service support by explaining package tracking
- Update package addresses as required
- Monitor cargo to ensure timely tracking updates and prevent service failures
- Create daily driver manifests
- Complete other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

- Proven experience in an operational or logistics environment
- Strong customer service experience and focus
