About the Role
The Room Attendant provides an excellent room experience for guests. The role focuses on keeping all guest rooms clean and up to standard. The Room Attendant also understands and meets guest needs before being asked and knows about the hotel’s services and amenities.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms, including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and bathrooms, according to procedure.
- Perform Room Attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
