Responsibilities
- Organize daily activities related to materials and supplies while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Register clients accurately based on official documentation and identify donors, patients, and companions securely.
- Assist in donor recruitment and coordinate donor appointments.
- Contact donors to ensure their attendance at the facility.
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Schedule and control the outpatient clinic’s agenda.
- Organize donor queues and manage priority services.
- Record visits and telephone communications efficiently.
- Provide administrative support through data entry and documentation.
- Utilize computer systems for record management and communication.
- Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Request and manage materials needed for daily operations.
- Monitor the entry and exit of individuals within the workplace.
- Receive, collect, and distribute correspondence, documents, and packages internally and externally.
- Execute other duties consistent with the role and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Completion of High School (Secondary Education).
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a hospital or healthcare environment.
