Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance to staff, providers, patients, and their families.
- Facilitate patient placement and rooming to ensure efficient clinic flow.
- Assist healthcare providers during procedures when requested.
- Serve as a designated chaperone when required.
- Prepare examination rooms before clinic hours and clean them between patient visits.
- Stock exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Follow directions from medical assistants and providers within the scope of practice.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinical areas.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for patients.
- Support daily clinic operations to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations.
- Ability to work part-time for 20+ hours per week.
