Responsibilities
Here is what you will do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Be friendly and positive when speaking with guests. Look for ways to make their meal experience special.
- Master the menu: Learn all menu items, promotions, and specials. Help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
- Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system. Deliver completed orders promptly. Pay close attention to detail.
- Manage the food service station: Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Comply with regulatory standards: Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Help maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.
