Responsibilities
- Perform custodial services across base and recreational facilities, including lodging, fitness centers, and medical areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, furniture, glass surfaces, and common areas
- Replenish supplies, manage linens, and ensure proper waste disposal
- Function as a Facility Manager for assigned locations
- Monitor personnel in accordance with security and operational guidelines
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean, safe, and professional condition
- Provide on-call and additional cleaning services when required
- Follow company standards, safety regulations, and training programs
- Accurately complete time reporting and documentation
- Safeguard all government and company-provided property
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education)
- Minimum of one year of general cleaning experience
- Valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to pass medical, psychological, and background checks
- Completion of CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) defense training
- Willingness to work long hours and adapt to operational demands
