Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair and maintenance requests
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and systems
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Maintain and operate shut-off valves and utility systems
- Handle minor repairs including painting, drywall, and carpentry work
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas after repairs
- Communicate daily activities and issues with team members
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout systems
- Support landscaping maintenance, including sprinkler systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs professionally
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
