Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, especially during peak hours
  • Lead and coordinate front desk, concierge, and guest services teams
  • Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
  • Ensure accurate account handling and billing procedures
  • Assist in training and mentoring staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage VIP guest experiences with personalized attention
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and operational standards
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in 4–5 star hotels in the Middle East
  • Experience in supervisory roles within front office operations
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Familiarity with OPERA Cloud system
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations
