Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative assistance to staff, providers, patients, and their families.
  • Facilitate patient placement and rooming to ensure efficient clinic flow.
  • Assist healthcare providers during procedures when requested.
  • Serve as a designated chaperone when required.
  • Prepare examination rooms before clinic hours and clean them between patient visits.
  • Stock exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Follow directions from medical assistants and providers within the scope of practice.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinical areas.
