Job Overview
- Position: Warehouse Worker
- Employment Type: On-call Summer Relief (until September 30, 2025)
- Hourly Rate: $23.48/hour
- Work Environment: Distribution Centre (including freezer, cooler, and dry areas)

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to efficient warehouse operations through a variety of tasks:
Replenishment
- Maintain stock levels in pick-slots and storage areas
- Rotate inventory, especially in freezer and cooler sections
- Track and manage product movement accurately
- Handle damaged goods and keep updated on product changes
Order Selection
- Accurately pick and prepare products for shipment (freezer, cooler, and dry goods)
- Ensure proper pallet construction and load sequencing
- Maintain load quality and organization
Receiving & Putaway
- Receive incoming shipments accurately
- Resolve labeling or receiving issues promptly
- Store products in appropriate locations and rotate stock
- Break down loads and ensure efficient storage
General Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Change equipment batteries as needed
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions
- Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
- Capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 55 lbs) repeatedly
- Willingness to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
