Responsibilities
As a Painter Helper, your main duties will include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Performing pre-operational inspections of tools and equipment
- Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, and barricades
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Supporting paint spraying and other painting-related tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the worksite
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates should have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work on-site (no remote work option)
- Willingness to work in challenging environments (heights, confined spaces, noisy and dusty areas, hot and cold conditions)
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks
