Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, your key duties will include:
- Performing degreasing and cleaning processes using approved chemicals and equipment
- Loading and unloading parts into machines or cleaning trays properly
- Ensuring complete removal of contaminants such as pitch residue
- Inspecting parts for cleanliness and surface quality after processing
- Monitoring machines and reporting alarms or abnormalities
- Handling parts carefully to prevent contamination or damage
- Recording production data and following standard operating procedures
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At least a Senior High School diploma or Technical/Vocational qualification
- Experience in semiconductor, cleaning, or chemical handling processes (preferred)
- Basic understanding of degreasing or cleaning processes
- Willingness to work in a production environment with a 6-day work week
- Ability to comply with strict safety and operational procedures
