Responsibilities
The Facility Engineer will support facility operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of manufacturing infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting facility construction activities across mechanical, electrical, architectural, piping, and safety systems
- Managing procurement processes including purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice verification
- Monitoring project timelines and updating facility management systems and dashboards
- Assisting in maintenance and operation of utility systems and factory infrastructure
- Coordinating and supervising external vendors and service providers
- Developing and supporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for outsourced services
- Localizing and translating technical documents and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted facility operations
- Assisting the Facilities Manager in daily operational tasks
Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Facilities Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities or utilities maintenance and operations
- Experience in vendor management and facility coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, piping, and building infrastructure
- Ability to work in an English-speaking business environment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Legal eligibility to work in South Korea
- Ability to travel internationally when required
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including equipment handling
