Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role at Sunshine Hotel in Bangkok.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas. Duties include:

  • Making beds and changing linens.
  • Cleaning bathrooms.
  • Vacuuming and dusting.
  • Restocking amenities.
  • Washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Reporting maintenance issues.
  • Following safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring rooms meet hotel quality requirements before guest check-in.
  • Interacting politely with guests.
  • Supporting other team members when needed.
  • Following established procedures and training guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to complete housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for linens.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Good organization skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, supplies, and room priorities.
  • Willingness to take part in training and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
