Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role at Sunshine Hotel in Bangkok.
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas. Duties include:
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Cleaning bathrooms.
- Vacuuming and dusting.
- Restocking amenities.
- Washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Reporting maintenance issues.
- Following safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring rooms meet hotel quality requirements before guest check-in.
- Interacting politely with guests.
- Supporting other team members when needed.
- Following established procedures and training guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to complete housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for linens.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Good organization skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, supplies, and room priorities.
- Willingness to take part in training and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights during the shift.
