Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations.
• Manage on-site cleaning crews for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and thoroughness across all home, office, and deep cleaning services.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Manage equipment and supplies.
• Act as the main point of contact for client quality checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Muscat locations is a strong plus.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
