Responsibilities
The Clean Room Associate I will be responsible for supporting clean room operations while maintaining strict contamination control and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing visual inspection of products in a clean room environment
- Cleaning, labeling, and packaging products according to customer specifications
- Following glove and gown procedures to prevent contamination
- Receiving and preparing products for manufacturing operations
- Maintaining cleaning tanks, tables, walls, and fixtures according to clean room standards
- Completing nonconformance reports accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring controlled area entrance procedures to maintain contamination-free conditions
- Assisting team members in contamination control procedures
- Supporting operations in various assigned work areas
- Working flexible shifts and schedules when required
Requirements
Candidates interested in this position should meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Manufacturing experience in a clean room environment is an advantage
- Minimum of six months of related work experience
