Responsibilities
As a Senior School PE Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Physical Education across Senior School levels (Grades 6 to 12)
- Delivering a curriculum that promotes physical literacy, teamwork, and healthy living
- Encouraging student participation and fostering a passion for sport and fitness
- Coaching school teams and supporting co-curricular sports programs
- Organizing fixtures, competitions, and whole-school sporting events
- Contributing to the wider school community through pastoral roles, such as form tutoring
- Supporting enrichment activities and engaging in the broader co-curricular life of the school
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant teaching qualifications (suitable for ECT/NQT graduates as well)
- Strong background in Physical Education teaching
- Ability to teach across a range of age groups within Senior School
- Availability to start from 1st August 2026
- Commitment to a fixed-term contract of three years
