Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve guest repair and maintenance requests promptly
- Communicate effectively with guests to address technical and facility issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and systems, including cleaning and lubrication
- Inspect and test equipment, tools, and machinery for proper operation
- Identify and operate shut-off valves and control systems as required
- Maintain maintenance inventory and request necessary parts and supplies
- Record and document incomplete maintenance tasks for shift handover
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
- Report hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately
- Assist guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high service standards
- Carry, move, and handle equipment and tools safely (up to 50 lbs)
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and working in various positions
Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in maintenance or engineering
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and maintenance operations
