Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests at the front desk in a professional manner
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Handle daily front office and back-office administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and stay estimates for guests
  • Coordinate with different departments by preparing lists and sharing information
  • Provide assistance and support to guests to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
