This full-time role is ideal for individuals with experience in TIG, electrode, or wire welding, who are interested in working on stainless steel and carbon steel piping and metal structures. The position combines workshop-based fabrication with occasional short-term site assignments for project completion and integration.

Responsibilities
The Welder / Pipefitter will perform fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks on piping and metal structures. Key responsibilities include:
- Trace, prepare, cut, bevel, bend, and assemble industrial piping and metal components
- Assemble piping systems following isometric drawings, process schematics, and plant layouts
- Perform TIG, electrode, or wire welding on light, medium, and heavy metal structures, including stainless steel and carbon steel
- Prepare materials, including cutting, beveling, cleaning, and positioning pieces
- Read and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and workshop schematics
- Follow welding procedure specifications (WPS)
- Conduct visual inspection of welds and report non-conformities
- Support quality control and testing procedures
- Participate in short-term site trips as required for project completion
Requirements
- Professional qualification or technical/mechanical diploma
- Experience in TIG, electrode, or wire welding
- Ability to weld stainless steel and carbon steel
- Experience working on piping systems and metal structures
- Manual dexterity, precision, and operational autonomy
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
- Availability for short-term travel within Italy
- TIG/electrode/wire welding certification is a plus
