Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Admin, your primary responsibilities include supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following up on inbound pre-alert emails and liaising with various parties regarding shipment arrivals.
- Verifying discrepancies before submitting reports to customers.
- Receiving, checking, VAS, and putting away inbound goods according to SOPs.
- Picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders accurately.
- Performing inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Following safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Reporting damages, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly.
- Supporting other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Coordinating with the operations team and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Generating KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
- Verifying vendor invoices and liaising with vendors for discrepancies.
- Monitoring warehouse supplies and raising purchase orders for replenishment.
- Coordinating urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters.
- Ensuring accurate and timely system transaction updates.
- Performing other assigned duties while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- ITE / NITEC / Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, or Transportation, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- Preferred computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS / Exceed).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
