Responsibilities
The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences through the following duties:
- Providing friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests at all times.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with management and team members.
- Possessing complete knowledge of all menu items, products, and service procedures.
- Preparing, checking, clearing, and resetting tables before and after service.
- Ensuring company procedures are followed when delivering food from the kitchen to guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order of tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
- Completing all cleaning duties within allocated times according to company standards.
- Performing opening and closing procedures as required.
- Demonstrating effective and efficient table maintenance.
- Remaining attentive, assertive, and guest-focused throughout service periods.
