Responsibilities
As a Receptionist/Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients professionally
- Organising incoming mail and outgoing couriers
- Ordering office supplies, groceries, and stationery
- Providing course reminders to clients and converting these into registrations
- Performing training administration duties, including processing registrations, updating course materials, and arranging certifications
- Updating online information and marketing materials, including website, social media content, and promotional flyers
- Performing accounts duties, such as processing invoices and credit card payments
- Managing training and meeting room setup and breakdown, including tables, provisions, catering, and post-course tidying
- Handling other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
