Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the quality inspection team to ensure consistent performance
- Ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards throughout assembly processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100 and related standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aviation and aerospace component manufacturing
- At least 5 years of experience working in quality assurance roles
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with AS9100 standards
- At least 5 years’ experience working with ISO standards
- Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates
