Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams
- Break down project requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and project documentation
- Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Document decisions, updates, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential blockers early and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies
- Maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with visibility
- Ensure alignment between product, design, engineering, and operations teams
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
