Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply systems, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Install pipes (PVC, PPR, HDPE, copper, GI), fittings, valves, and fixtures.
- Conduct pressure testing and leakage testing of installed systems.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
- Repair or replace broken pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., DEWA/municipality standards).
- Coordinate with the MEP team and other trades on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Report material requirements and site issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or facilities management projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
- Familiarity with UAE standards and regulations is preferred.
- Physically fit to work in confined spaces and heights as required.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
