A Personal Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across multiple business activities. This position is ideal for a highly organized and dependable individual who enjoys multitasking, communication, and hands-on execution. Working closely with the Founder, the Personal Assistant will support a dynamic mix of projects spanning real estate, media, podcasting, and community-based programs.

Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the Founder.
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, and in-person or virtual events.
- Provide daily administrative and operational support.
- Support monthly book club activities by sending reminders, coordinating sessions, and managing participant communication.
- Respond to social media messages and general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic content creation including short videos, captions, and posts.
- Edit, post, and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Source podcast guest opportunities, targeting a minimum of four guests per month.
- Coordinate podcast guest communications, scheduling, and file management with editors.
- Research speaking engagements, events, and collaboration opportunities.
- Assist with webinar setup and coordination for real estate, residency programs, and negotiation community initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person responsibilities in Dubai.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, coordinator, or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
