Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist at Eurosystem SpA, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, qualifying, and prioritizing Incidents and Service Requests
- Logging and managing tickets via the ITSM system
- Performing first-level problem solving and troubleshooting
- Providing remote technical support to internal users
- Monitoring and proactively maintaining IT infrastructure and assets
- Supporting internal users with PCs, printers, and network issues
- Managing company accounts, including email, access, and password resets
- Assisting with basic server and system administration tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Technical high school diploma (IT or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Windows systems, computer networks, and Microsoft Office
- Interest in IT and technology
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routers)
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge
- Basic familiarity with server environments
