Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Provide safe and timely transportation services to guests and visitors as required.
- Park guest vehicles on hotel premises when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of hotel vehicles.
- Maintain regular contact with returning guests and visitors.
- Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, and special events.
- Demonstrate knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and destinations.
- Comply with hotel security policies, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Uphold a professional image with a strong focus on hospitality and guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail environments.
- Possession of a clean and valid driving license and driving record.
- Ability to represent the hotel brand with professionalism and discretion.
- Availability to work full-time as per operational requirements.
