This role ensures that all factories operate with standardized, up-to-date information while meeting regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a centralized physical and electronic filing system across multiple factories.
- Ensure consistent document classification and easy retrieval of records.
- Track and control document revisions to guarantee that all sites use the latest approved versions of technical drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits, including ISO compliance.
- Manage secure document distribution to authorized personnel across departments such as HR, Engineering, and Production while maintaining confidentiality.
- Review and verify the accuracy of technical documents, reports, and contracts before circulation.
- Act as a liaison between production teams, engineers, and management to ensure smooth document flow.
- Manage and maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, Aconex, or Procore to digitize and standardize records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in document control, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or multi-site environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with technical and industry-specific documentation, including blueprints, SOPs, and material test reports.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documentation accurately.
