Responsibilities

The Customer Service Assistant will support store operations and enhance customer satisfaction by performing the following tasks:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales targets.
  • Replenish shelves, organize displays, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist in stock counts, inventory management, and receiving/unpacking new products.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and work under pressure.
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy boxes as part of daily operations.
  • Merchandising and visual display skills.
