Responsibilities
Construction workers at Auxilium will be assigned duties based on their trade. Key responsibilities include:
- Masons: Perform brickwork, blockwork, and stonework to construct structural elements.
- Finishing Carpenters: Carry out detailed woodwork, cabinetry, and finishing tasks.
- Gypsum Carpenters: Install gypsum boards, partitions, and ceiling systems.
- MEP Electricians: Handle electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Helpers: Support skilled tradespeople, transport materials, and maintain a clean worksite.
All roles require adherence to safety protocols, proper use of tools and equipment, and collaboration with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the assigned trade is required.
- Ability to work 10 hours daily in a physically demanding environment.
- Candidates must be from Pakistan, India, or Nepal.
- Immediate joiners with cancelled visas are preferred.
- Must comply with safety standards and company policies.
