Responsibilities
As a Clinical Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing on-site customer training for healthcare professionals on BD APM products, including hands-on skill development
- Organizing and executing training programs for clinical staff
- Communicating product value and solutions based on functionality to users
- Delivering updated clinical knowledge and literature to customers
- Preparing and presenting seminars and webinars to a diverse audience
- Interpreting customer requirements and relating them to product functionality and performance
- Providing periodic reports to management, including field activities, customer feedback, trend analyses, and improvement suggestions
- Resolving or escalating customer issues and complaints
- Accompanying BD Sales and distributors to provide applications assistance
Requirements
Candidates for this role should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in tertiary hospitals
- Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic English skills for communication
- Ability to travel and support on-site training programs
