Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:
- Oversee daily cash transactions, including receipts, payments, and recording of cash
- Handle daily banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
- Maintain effective communication with banks to ensure smooth transactions
- Manage and process company invoices, ensuring proper documentation and timely handling
- Review and process employee expense reimbursement requests according to company policies
- Maintain and update financial records for accuracy and timely entry into the financial system
- Perform other financial and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; exceptional recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken, read, and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle general financial responsibilities efficiently
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
