Re-Lyticx is seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join its team remotely in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates who are meticulous, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate digital records while supporting multiple teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Intake & Indexing: Receive files from emails, portals, ticketing systems, and cloud folders; verify completeness, signatures, and attachments; index records using standard metadata.
  • Document Organization: Apply naming conventions, folder structures, convert formats as needed (PDF/image), and maintain controlled libraries with retention tags.
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily spot checks for duplicates, misfiles, missing pages, and unreadable scans; log errors and support process improvements.
  • Records Governance & Compliance: Handle sensitive records with strict confidentiality; follow retention schedules and legal hold instructions; support audits and document chain-of-custody.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Customer teams; provide status updates on processing and backlog.
  • Tool Management: Use cloud storage (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox), document tools (Adobe Acrobat), spreadsheets, ticketing platforms (Jira/Asana/ServiceNow), and e-signature tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in records management, administrative support, clerical work, or document control preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow naming and filing rules.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and adhering to strict procedures.
  • Basic computer proficiency with file systems, spreadsheets, PDFs, and collaboration tools.

Skills and Desired Knowledge

  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in data entry and filing.
  • Familiarity with digital document management and cloud-based storage systems.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
  • Knowledge of records retention, compliance, and audit requirements.
