Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, public areas, and laundry according to hotel operational needs and company standards.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in a tidy and well-maintained condition.
- Use cleaning products and tools appropriately and safely.
- Complete special tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Report any damage, missing items, or lost and found property to supervisors.
- Perform high cleaning in rooms and public areas when required.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Participate actively in daily briefings and team meetings.
