Responsibilities
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and supporting production activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing upcoming jobs according to factory job tickets and MPCC requirements.
- Operating production machines correctly and setting machine parameters as per MPCC.
- Monitoring lamination processes continuously, including glue grammage, bonding, and structure performance.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and reporting major problems to the team leader.
- Conducting quality control checks using product samples.
- Filling and maintaining accurate production reports.
- Ensuring machines and production areas are clean at all times.
- Proposing machine improvement ideas to the team leader.
- Attending all company-provided training programs.
- Reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
