The Driver Operator role at V2X Inc supports operational and logistics activities in Qatar by ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation and handling of materials. Under the supervision of the Supply & Services Manager, this position plays a leadership role in supervising logistics operations while operating medium-duty trucks and material-handling equipment in demanding environments.

Responsibilities
The Driver Operator is responsible for supervising and performing logistics and transportation activities, including:
- Leading a team to complete assigned tasks according to required standards.
- Loading, transporting, and offloading furniture, materials, and equipment.
- Receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory within warehouse facilities.
- Restocking custodial and furnishing items as required.
- Performing manual labor tasks such as packing, unpacking, and shelving.
- Receiving, sorting, and storing unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposal.
- Transporting materials to various departments using pallet jacks, forklifts, or industrial trucks.
- Performing additional duties and assignments as required to support operations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Qatar-issued driving license (minimum: Medium Truck).
- High School Diploma required; one year of related experience may substitute for one year of education if applicable.
- Must have and maintain valid local licenses for all required vehicles and equipment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a medium or heavy truck driver.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Must assist logistics specialists with inventory management and reconciliation tasks.

- High proficiency in operating medium-duty trucks, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
