Responsibilities
As a Plumber at Reliance Home Comfort, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential plumbing services, including:
- Providing general residential plumbing services to customers
- Representing the company professionally with a courteous and customer-focused approach
- Diagnosing plumbing issues on-site and accurately estimating repair costs
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, fixtures, appliances, and wastewater systems
- Ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time
- Setting priorities and managing work assignments to meet deadlines
- Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and installations according to manufacturer specifications
- Adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Educating customers on proper care and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Communicating the value of Reliance products, services, and protection programs
- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Candidates applying for this position must meet the following requirements:
- Valid 306A Apprentice License or Certified Plumber designation (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Physical ability to perform all required job duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
