Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces in line with brand standards.
- Ensure rooms and hotel areas are well-presented and ready for guest use at all times.
- Report maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas through the KnowCross system.
- Follow all brand quality standards and participate in quality audits as required.
- Comply with health and safety procedures, especially when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Support housekeeping operations by assisting with additional tasks when required.
- Attend training sessions and actively work to improve skills and performance.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
