We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Specialist (Trenching) to support onshore construction activities within complex EPCI projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional with hands-on site experience who can apply technical judgment, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards in a fast-paced energy environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee onshore construction and trenching activities from project initiation through to completion.
- Ensure construction work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate construction activities with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify risks to schedule, cost, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs.
- Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of safety procedures on EPCI project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in onshore construction management within the EPCI industry.
- Experience working on projects within oil & gas, renewable energy, or power generation sectors (preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver projects in line with cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
