We are seeking a courteous, detail-oriented Order Taker to join our In‑Room Dining team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests placing room service orders, ensuring each request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Accurately record guest orders and special requests in the system
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order preparation and delivery
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergies, and preparation methods
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Perform administrative duties, including printing checks, posting charges, and updating order logs
- Keep the order-taking area clean and organized
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or F&B service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS or order management systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong commitment to guest service
