Responsibilities
- Negotiate with buyers and real estate agents
- Set appointments with buyers and agents
- Follow up with title companies to support closing processes
- Manage company marketing campaigns and property listings
- Update and maintain CRM systems
- Create sales and performance reports for the team
- Communicate with the acquisitions department
- Communicate with homeowners and coordinate property closings
- Support additional sales and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Prior experience in a sales environment
- Experience with phone-based sales and customer service
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Real estate license not required
