Key Responsibilities
- Work daily with live chickens, ensuring proper care and welfare.
- Monitor bird feed, water, and overall health while maintaining accurate data records.
- Pack eggs efficiently to support production and distribution processes.
- Clean and maintain farm equipment, sheds, and surrounding areas.
- Perform additional farm-related duties as required.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and company procedures.
- Contribute to the food supply chain by helping deliver fresh eggs to communities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months’ directly related experience in a similar role.
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending and lifting.
- Must provide own enclosed safety boots and high-visibility shirt.
- Clear communication skills for both independent and team-based work.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
