Position Summary

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, and other areas after they are cleaned by Housekeepers. Make sure they meet quality standards.

Run sold room reports and verify room status. Identify rooms with different or incorrect statuses. Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms.

Assist Housekeeping management with daily activities. Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Coordinate their efforts to support daily operations.

Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to the next shift. Complete required paperwork.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries. Complete required safety training and certifications.

Keep your uniform and personal appearance clean and professional. Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
