Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will ensure that guest rooms and hotel areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Preparing and transporting cleaning carts with necessary supplies
- Entering guest rooms following proper procedures and safety protocols
- Replacing amenities, linens, and towels with clean items
- Making beds and maintaining room presentation standards
- Cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and handling room service items
- Checking appliances to ensure they are functional and properly placed
- Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and performing floor care duties
- Maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms and hallways
Additionally, you will:
