Responsibilities
As a Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing cleaning, packing, and maintenance activities for various parts and components
- Wiping, scrubbing, and detailing parts using solvents and abrasive materials
- Preparing sample kits and packaging parts in cleanroom environments
- Conducting in-process inspections to ensure product quality during cleaning procedures
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate production data
- Participating in quality assurance and safety programs
- Identifying and reporting deviations from quality standards
- Handling and safely disposing of hazardous chemicals
- Performing specialized tasks such as masking parts for bead-blasting
- Operating in chemical wet bench areas and polishing aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic parts
- Maintaining 6S housekeeping standards and ensuring workplace cleanliness
- Supporting additional tasks as required by supervisors
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) certification
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Familiarity with chemical handling processes
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating or permanent shifts
- Physical capability to stand for long hours and lift up to 20 kg
